Giving thanks for help with Thanksgiving

November 27, 2018
I’m sorry it has taken so long, but here is the final update and huge thank you for the 2018 Boundary County Oath Keepers Thanksgiving baskets. Let’s start off with the thank you ... Boundary County, you rock!

So many of you came together to make sure that 142 families had a really nice Thanksgiving dinner with their families! And we even had food left over that was donated to the food bank!

Just a few of the local businesses, churches and individuals who donated were Universal Well Drilling, Far North, Super One Foods, Safeway, Woody's, Mugsy's, Auburn Crest Hospice, The Barking Saddle, Ronnie’s Salon, North Idaho Collision, Springs of Living Water Free Methodist Church, Dave and Andrea Kramer and Tony LaMarsh.

If I missed anyone, please forgive me and know that every donation was appreciated and needed!

There were many more who donated that wished to remain anonymous.

Liz Bigsby at Community Action Partnership, you, my friend, are awesome! Thank you for taking all the applications and making sure the last minute people got taken care of!

All the beautiful ladies at P1FCU, as always, you bless your community with your loving hearts and willingness to help!

And to all of you who took time out of your lives to gather donations, boxes and help put this all together, I am humbled by your graciousness and filled with gratitude for all you did!

And a special thanks to my family for being so patient with me over the last month or so. This endeavor takes time away from my main responsibility, which is to take care of all of you.

I’m looking forward to seeing what we can do together in the future! God bless all of you!
