Richard Allen Allison, born 1961, Bonners Ferry, charged with driving without privileges August 18 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 26 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $327.50 fine, $172.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Nathan Guerin, born 1992, Bellflower, California, charged with malicious injury to property September 6 by the Boundary County Sheriff's Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and one year probation. Charged with resisting arrest, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $142.50 fine, $157.50 costs and one year probation.

Justin R. Mitzel, born 1990, Bonners Ferry, charged with invalid license June 24 by the Idaho State Police, pled guilty and fined $68.50 and $157.50 costs.

Edward A. Perez, born 1990, Bonners Ferry, charged with DUI June 16, arresting agency not given, pled guilty and sentenced to 100 days in jail, 80 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $427.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with DUI September 20 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI, second offense, pled guilty and sentenced to 100 days in jail, 80 days suspended, $297.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Samantha Lou Stuart, born 1993, Sandpoint, charged with petit theft August 13 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 25 days suspended, $142.50 fine, $306.50 costs and 364 days probation.
