Congressman-elect Russ Fulcher has announced his choice for the top two leadership positions in his new congressional offices, along with locations of his district offices.

“I have learned from both my business and political careers that for any enterprise to be successful, the leadership must wrap themselves with talent and knowledge they don't have,” said Fulcher of his appointments. “I am elated to announce to the people of Idaho that our leadership staff in both Idaho and Washington, D.C. will do just that. In the selection process, we took great care to ensure we had both Idaho-centric expertise and Capitol Hill experience.”

Idaho State Senator Cliff Bayer will serve as chief of staff. Bayer has served in the Idaho Legislature since 2003; ten of those years were with Fulcher.

Bayer is a graduate of Boise State University and has been employed in Idaho as a Medical Research Scientist for the last 32 years.

Mike Cunnington will serve on Fulcher's staff as district director. A Boise State alumni, Cunnington has served the First District of Idaho for nearly a decade through the office of Representative Raul Labrador.

“Along with the votes and legislative actions that will transpire in Washington, D.C., it is important that my constituents are aware of the many services my district offices will be ready to provide," Fulcher said. "My offices will always have an open door policy and I invite my constituents to stop by or give us a call to learn more about how we can serve you.”

Fulcher’s district offices will be located at the following locations:
  • 33 East Broadway Avenue, Suite 251, Meridian, ID 83642
  • 313 D Street, Suite 107, Lewiston, ID 83501
  • 1250 Ironwood Drive, Suite 241, Coeur, d'Alene, ID 83814

Services provided at Fulcher’s district offices include casework regarding federal agencies, service academy nominations, congressional art competition, congressional app challenge, grant assistance, internships, passport assistance and district service events.

In the coming days, Fulcher plans to announce further district and D.C. staff appointments. Congressman-elect Fulcher will take his oath of office January 3 in Washington, D.C.
