Lady Badgers handed first loss

The Lady Badgers traveled to St. Maries Friday evening and suffered their first loss of the season, with the Lady Jacks rallying to a 45-37 win.

The loss puts the Lady Badgers at 5-1 on the season.

St. Maries' Jenna Holder led all scorers with 14 points. Badger Baylee Blackmore scored 12 to lead the Bonners Ferry effort, and Jerzie Pluid also hit double digits with 10. Emmaline Pinkerton scored eight for the Badgers, Sierra Hill three and Grace Villelli rounded it out with two points.

The Badgers are in action today at home against Sandpoint. JV girls hit the boards at 2 p.m., JV boys go at 3:30 p.m. Varity girls are on the court at 5 p.m., and the varsity boys wrap up the action starting at 6:30 p.m.

The Lady Badgers travel to Wallace on Tuesday, December 11 with the JV squad taking on the Miners at 5:30 p.m., varsity at 7 p.m.
